General

Delivery issues must be notified in writing to benjoworld.com within 30 days of dispatched notification. Return requests are only applicable for items purchased on benjoworld.com

Benjo endevours to fulfil and ensure timely delivery. Responsibility is not held for parcel/s left at a premises or redirected after dispatch.

Dispatch & Fulfillment

Orders are processed on Australian business days from between 9am and 4pm and are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods, promotional events, holiday seasons and major sales.

Same-Day Dispatch (Metro Areas)

Benjo offers same-day dispatch for eligible orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST, available in select metropolitan areas across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

  • Applies to in-stock items only.
  • Subject to courier availability and capacity.
  • Customers will receive tracking updates once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
  • Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $200 AUD
  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

    • Regional & remote areas : 5–10 business days

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel:

    • Up to three delivery attempts will be made on consecutive business days.

    • If the parcel remains undelivered after five days without contact, it will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Contactless delivery is available upon request. Please note: Benjo World is not liable for parcels signed for by individuals other than the named recipient at the delivery address (e.g. office reception or shared residences).

INTERNATIONAL shipping
We ship worldwide to over 100 countries via Wiseway’s international network. All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Customs policies vary by country—please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
  • Cross-border shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
  • If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
REFUND POLICY

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 10 days of receiving written approval and be;

  • in the same condition as received;
  • unworn or unused;
  • with tags attached; and
  • in its original packaging

Please also note the following:

  • We accept returns for products purchased only from benjoworld.com
  • Refunds do not apply to sale items. All sale purchases are final.
  • The original shipping charges cannot be refunded with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and our team reserves the right to refuse the return if we deem it to be unsatisfactory.
  • It is the customers responsibility to arrange and ensure for the items to be returned safely.
  • Cancellation request will incur a $50.00AUD fee to cover administrative costs and restocking.
dAMAGES & mAJOR PROBLEMS

We are not required to provide refunds for change of mind purchases. However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a major problem, including:

  •  A defect that would have prevented purchase if known beforehand
  • The item is unsafe
  • The product is significantly different from its sample or description
  • The item does not perform as promised and cannot be easily repaired

Upon receiving your order, please inspect and inform us immediately for defects or damages at cs@benjoworld.com within 1 week of purchase. Please note that refunds may take some time to process depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact the abovementioned email address.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s).
